4. Digitization/Automation - There was a digital transformation happening prior to March 2020,
but as a result of the great resignation and talent scarcity, the need to organizations to digitize
and automate has accelerated. While this is happening, it will be critical for organizations to
evaluate its existing workforce to be able to redeploy and reskill/upskill where necessary

5. Legislation – With the population of contingent workers expected to increase organizations
can expect Federal, State and Local legislation around this population of workers to increase
as well.
