NETSCOUT's nGeniusONE Service Assurance solution is providing the global bank a vendor independent packet and NetFlow data analysis, with a single pane of glass view into all their applications, in private and public cloud environments, for all their performance assurance use cases. The bank realizes value, as the nGeniusONE solution helps them protect employee productivity, customer service, planning, and budgeting across the WAN to branch office in a cost-effective manner. Further, leveraging NETSCOUT for all their service assurance requirements provides cost savings through vendor management and consolidation simplification with fewer boxes and suppliers to administer. The real-user packets are used to evaluate and troubleshoot performance of trading applications, as well as business operations applications, such as Cisco Webex and Google Suite, among others. • The nGenius 3400 series Collectors were deployed in the data centers to focus on global visibility into the NetFlow traffic from the bank's extensive branch environment. This will provide traffic and application information to track top applications in use, top users and conversations by application, and application utilization over time. Planning for capacity changes and budget adjustments is more precise with these trended details. The selection of NETSCOUT's nGeniusONE solution was due in large part to the performance management and service assurance capabilities it supports, which were deemed critical to the bank's IT organization.
