Objective
To provide J&J the Top 5 Contingent Workforce Shifts and Trends.
The analysis will be used by Procurement Leadership to support
discussions, make decisions and prioritize critical work in partnership
with HR and Business stakeholders.
Many of these trends are intertwined and have elements that cross
over and impact one another.
