they will procure the skills needed to accomplish the
work to be done.
• Upskilling/reskilling of talent, not just FTE but
ALL talent
• Shift from defining "job role/description" to
looking wholistically at the total workforces
capabilities/critical skills
• Look beyond hard skills/soft skills and evaluate
all requirements needed for the role
