Juan Carlos Salvatierra and the 10x team are seemingly an unstoppable force to reckon with in the SCORE Pro Moto Unlimited Class. Coming off the class win at the 2022 SCORE San Felipe 250, the team headed by 2021 Pro Moto Ironman Champion “Chavo” Salvatierra and co-riders Arturo Salas Jr., Shane Logan and Diego Llanos completed the BFGoodrich Tires 54th SCORE Baja 500 Presented by 4 Wheel Parts to win the class once again.
This makes two races in-a-row that the 10x team has won this season, and Salvatierra is looking for a perfect one to end with another Championship in a different class this year. “We have a good team and each of our riders is good at the sections they are riding,” said Salvatierra. “We worked hard pre-running our sections and we were confident in our efforts. The team is happy to win this tough race and I’m proud of what we’ve done as a team.” Salvatierra is from Bolivia and races with KTM Bolivia. He has two SCORE Pro Moto Ironman Championships before entering the 2022 season in the Pro Moto Unlimited Class. SJ
