BFGoodrich Tires Awards Rob MacCachren $20K After winning the BFGoodrich Tires 54th SCORE Baja 500 Presented by 4 Wheel Parts, BFGoodrich Tires awarded Rob MacCachren with a $20k contingency bonus for winning the race Overall on BFGoodrich Tires. BFGoodrich Tires is the official tire and SCORE Baja 500 race sponsor and has 35 Overall wins in this race. Automotive Aftermarket Industry Veteran Kurt Miller Joins SCORE Marketing Team SCORE International announces the addition of Kurt Miller as Sales Manager to SCORE’s Marketing team. Miller is an automotive aftermarket industry veteran and will develop additional SCORE sponsorship and media programs. This will involve every aspect of SCORE’s marketing programs including SCORE sponsorships, the SCORE Journal, SCORE Live Stream, SCORE website, SCORE race-day tracking, race Hospitality areas as well as special sponsor programs like the SCORE Awards Night and the SCORE Milestone Awards. He will also be representing the SCORE brand and media ad revenue growth programs at all events and industry shows. “I have worked with Kurt as a client and a co-worker and his drive and attention to detail and his passion for off-road motorsports will help move SCORE to the next level of the series growth. For more information, visit www.volcon.com and www.bfgoodrichtires.com Shelby Reid Announces Her Retirement From Baja Racing The Reid family and RPI Motorsports announced that SCORE Class 1 Champion and veteran Shelby Reid is retiring from off-road competition. The BFGoodrich Tires 54th SCORE Baja 500 Presented by 4 Wheel parts was to be her last race, but a family emergency called Reid back home, leaving her son Cody to race and win the class. Shelby Reid has had a long career in SCORE Baja racing that started in 2006, and has won numerous Class 1 races and championships, which have helped open the door for many women racers who saw her as inspiration. Although she is retiring from racing, the Reid family says she will continue to support the team and attend SCORE races.
