format (September, October, November/December,
January/February and March) and five (5) issues are
published in a digital only format (April, May, June,
July and August). To become an Allied Member of
USA Hockey and receive a year's subscription to USA
Hockey Magazine for $15, log on to USAHockey.com. For

copies of USA Hockey Magazine are available, pre-paid
at $4.00 per copy. To order single copies or back issues,
please call (719) 538-1126. $1.50 of a member's annual
dues goes toward USA Hockey Magazine.
As part of a duplicate elimination process, a single

that has more than one member of USA Hockey. To
