NO PROTECTED CHARACTERISTICS OR THEIR PROXIES
USED FOR TRAINING, VALIDATION OR RECOMMENDATION
When training our models, we use anonymized datasets, which means our models are not
aware of race, ethnicity, gender, nationality, income, sexual orientation, ability, or political
or religious beliefs. When we match candidates in the CRM, our models only utilize skills,
titles, seniority, and industry of the previous company worked for.
