by 1.9% (1.019 million)
▪ Young people were impacted by employment
losses the most. Among 15-24 year olds,
employment fell by 1.149 million and among 25-
34 year olds, it fell 1.307 million.
▪ However, there were 1.542 million more 55
years+ employed in Q4 2021 compared to Q4
2019.
