28 #HERSTORY We're proud to share that two SEI employees were named finalists in their respective categories for the 2022 Women in Asset Management Awards. These awards celebrate those who are striving for more ethical and responsible investment decisions, and who are promoting and aligning for a more inclusive sector. Jana Holt, Global Director Sustainable Investing Solutions Award category: ESG Investment Manager of the Year About the category: Honors women who can demonstrate that their investment decisions have been consistently made in an ethical and responsible way, while achieving healthy returns for their clients. "I've been fortunate to be mentored by and learn from numerous influential women throughout my career, many of whom have been pioneers in this rapidly changing field of sustainability. It's an honor to be recognized by my colleagues and peers, and I hope to pay it forward to the next generation as we continue to build a more prosperous, equitable, and sustainable economy." Al Chiaradonna Executive Vice President and SEI Women's Network Executive Ambassador Award category: Ally of the Year About the category: Honors a senior figure who has gone out of their way to improve the diversity levels within financial services, within the organization, and/or in the wider community. "My life has been filled with people who willingly mentor, sponsor, and support me. I am truly lucky. My wife has been one of those people. She has helped me understand that identity is bigger than a job and impact is wider than your coworkers. Impact is about what you can do to support yourself, community, family, and career. My twin girls have helped me realize that sponsorship and allyship for women is different and requires a more deliberate approach. They made me understand it is not an option, but a responsibility. This nomination makes me feel as if I am making a difference in the lives of those I care about and that is both energizing and humbling. Thank you!" Celebrate!
