7 #HERSTORY The biggest accomplishment I experienced was being a part of the design of an organization that has not only stood the test of time, but beyond that, has grown and flourished. I am very proud of the fact that we designed the leadership team to have representatives from across the company and the fact that the board members have a limited tenure before they turn the reigns over to other women looking to make a contribution. I think this is the key reason as to why the organization has grown and thrived and become an important part of the SEI culture. It is a great example of the diverse and talented workforce of SEI coming together to accomplish something extraordinary. Megan Brunner Investment Management Unit Product Solutions Manager and SWN Co-Founder I've been honored to be a part of the Women's Development Series, which is a cohort-style leadership development initiative sponsored by the SEI Women's Network and Learning and Development. Linda Scavone Director of Risk, SEI Private Trust Company I enjoy reading and learning about new things. Many years back, I started a book club in SPTC. It was moderately successful. SWN gave me a bigger platform to follow my passion and reach a wider audience. I was SWN Educate Board Liaison and helped organize SWN education events. Rasmeet Sachdeva Director of Technology, Corporate IT Rolling out the SHERO campaign to honor male and female "SHEROs" was a great way to recognize employees who go above and beyond and are fearless in their mission of supporting women. This year, the campaign was extended to include clients and partners as well, and I was honored to be a judge on the panel and see the recognition expand externally. Having this award now be viewed more holistically across a broad group of liked- minded people is something I'll always be proud of and feel a sense of accomplishment.
