Does one size ever really fit
all? Not so much.
You can buy a sweater that says it's
One Size Fits All, but chances are, you'd
prefer it to be smaller … or larger … or just
different somehow. Still, you buy it and
hope for the best. Maybe it will be good
enough.
"Good enough" is not nearly good enough
for managing major construction projects
