Not so much. You can buy a sweater that says it's One Size Fits All, but chances are, you'd prefer it to be smaller … or larger … or just different somehow. Still, you buy it and hope for the best. Maybe it will be good enough. "Good enough" is not nearly good enough for managing major construction projects for the education, healthcare, commercial and government sectors. Regardless of the depth or breadth of the construction, the project management information system (PMIS) must scale with it.
