STIP/TIP Offering
The Kahua Statewide Transportation
Improvement Program (STIP/TIP)
allows clients to put together
multi-year intermodal transportation
projects into a single package for
funding approval. This offering also
accounts for the amendments and
modifications issued to an existing
STIP/TIP. (A modification is a minor
change as defined by the client and
amendments reflect major changes to
scope/cost of a project or projects in
an already approved STIP.)
The Kahua STIP/TIP offering enables
capital planning and portfolio
management to create specific
point-in-time scenarios for STIP/TIP
submission, including changes.

easier, consistent reporting on
improvement programs.
