Education Background and Business Experience: Year of Birth: 1969 Professional designations held: NA Formal education after high school: Michael Kelly earned his Bachelor's degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Business Background: Mr. Kelly works in the Oaks office. Michael Kelly serves as a Client Portfolio Manager for nonprofit organizations including endowments and foundations with the SEI Institutional Group where he is responsible for providing advisory services to clients regarding asset allocation, investment and risk management strategies, and portfolio construction. Mr. Kelly joined SEI in 2011. Prior to his employment with SEI, Michael Kelly held senior investment advisory roles at Deutsche Bank, UBS Private Bank, and Ashbridge Investment Management where he advised nonprofits, family offices, and other institutions regarding their traditional and alternative investment asset class and manager allocations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kelly directed client service for the investment management consulting unit of Janney Montgomery Scott. Disciplinary Information: SIMC is required to disclose any material facts regarding any legal or disciplinary events that would materially impact a client's evaluation of Michael Kelly. No events have occurred that are applicable to this item. Other Business Activities: SIMC is required to disclose any outside business activity or occupation for compensation that could potentially create a conflict of interest with clients. Michael Kelly is not actively engaged in any such activities. Additional Compensation: Members of the Institutional Group receive a salary and regular incentive compensation (which may include stock options), they may also receive event compensation based on SIMC's receipt of new assets through client referrals. Supervision: The Institutional Group's Client Portfolio Management Team and Advisory Team work collaboratively to develop investment strategies for their clients. Roger Messina, Vice President and Managing Director of the Institutional Group, supervises the Institutional Group Client Portfolio Managers.
