Are fees for any such products explicitly included in your fee proposal? SEI uses a combination of proprietary and third-party software systems. We collect data from all major external manager databases and analyze the information using our proprietary technology. This is to ensure we capture as much relevant information as possible. Technology use We utilize technology extensively to provide education and information on portfolio strategy and changes, updates on market performance and trends and positioning. Technology is an essential educational and operational component in the delivery of our OCIO Solution to enhance the overall client experience. Our program includes: • An introduction to SEI, overviews of our investment and risk management processes, SEI research and updates on market events can be found in the Knowledge Center on our website at seic.com/knowledgecenter. • We use online videos to keep clients fully informed in a rapidly changing environment on investment and market-related topics, priorities, challenges and trends. Video updates are also available through SEI's Twitter and LinkedIn pages. • In addition to comprehensive account details, clients can access performance reports, investment research and educational tools via our online Institutional Account Access client portal. • We provide timely email communications on breaking industry news, legislative issues, market events, and strategy updates. • Our investment professionals use our proprietary risk management and monitoring technology that incorporates some of the leading software in the industry, including BlackRock, FactSet, BondEdge, and Axioma to provide proactive, detailed information to make well-informed decisions to benefit our clients. • Advent Portfolio Exchange ® (APX) is our main portfolio management, performance calculation, trade order entry and trade execution system. • All members of the Client Portfolio Management Team are fully mobile enabled and have complete network access at all times through our corporate network and mobile app for email. We are proposing an all-inclusive fee structure; there will be no additional fees beyond those stated for services offered. Describe your code of ethics and procedures for ensuring compliance.
