MXR-DS-Precision3d 4/23 Attributes info@maxar.com maxar.com Building height descriptions Features and accuracy ■ Measured heights ■ Countrywide or continent-wide scale ■ Consistent accuracy ■ Rapid deliveries ■ Positional XY of building centroid +/- 3m ■ Height above sea level +/- 3m ■ Height above ground level +/- 3m Specifications ■ Building with footprints larger than 7 m x 7 m that are permanent structures are included ■ Perfect alignment with all Precision3D Digital Surface Model (DSM), Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and True Ortho ■ Height attribution for every footprint is included ■ ESRI-Shape, MapInfo TAB and height attribution included Attribute Data type Description POLYGON_ID Integer Unique polygon identifier GROUP_ID Integer Identifier of group to which the polygon belongs AGL Floating point Polygon height above ground level in meters AMSL Floating point Polygon height above mean sea level in meters HAE* Floating point Polygon height above ellipsoid (*only provided if ellipsoid is chosen as vertical datum) GLH Floating point Ground level height in meters LOD 1.3 Height segmented. This option provides more accurate height values, but they are not as visually appealing and have larger file sizes than the non-segmented format. It includes polygons to help identify roof shapes and features. LOD 1.2 Non-height segmented. This option provides cleaner representations with smaller file sizes. The heights of core building components are individually attributed, but small details of roof pitch/ slope or features such as elevator shas and air conditioning units are not depicted. Precision3D Buildings are offered in two Levels Of Details (LOD) for height details: Non-height segmented buildings with vegetation vectors of Stockholm, Sweden. All Maxar Precision3D data products are built from the highest-quality, commercial satellite imagery, using the same industry-leading, automated 3D production process and highest standards. The core output—Precision3D 3D Surface Model—is the most accurate representation of Earth. It is a 50 cm resolution 3D product with real textures and an absolute accuracy of 3 m CE90 and LE90. This high level of accuracy is achieved without ground control points and is consistent on all surfaces and terrain types, including building facades.
