s this issue's theme is navigating change, I thought it would be
timely to report on ILTA's changing Volunteer Structure. As
we keep our eyes on the major changes happening throughout
the world, not only in the legal tech industry but also world
culture, we see a transformation of how events are delivered,
education is consumed, and skills are developed. As such, ILTA felt this was an
opportune time to look at a new volunteer structure to support and sustain the
organization into the future. ILTA's Volunteer Leadership Task Force worked
diligently towards that end. By the end of 2022 – the newly revised structure
was announced to the membership. Under the new volunteer structure, our
volunteers fall under 3 main councils: Constituents, Volunteers, and Education.
