At the commencement of this project, eight detailed interviews were conducted with workforce solutions professionals, industry leaders and other partners/ stakeholders. These interviews were used to shape the narrative of the report and design appropriate survey questions. Additionally, some of the insights gained from these interviews are included as quotes in this report. This was supplemented by partner, web and social media promotion of the survey. It was open from June 13, 2022, to July 18, 2022, and we received 150 partial and 139 complete responses.
