Employment in Victoria increased 1.2% quarter on quarter and 3.2% year on year. ‾ The unemployment rate in Greater Melbourne is 4.3% compared with 3.4% for the Rest of Victoria. ‾ 11.3% of employment in Victoria is in the Public Sector.
