Bridgewater boosts productivity for economic
research with AWS
Bridgewater Associates is a global macroeconomic
investment firm. Economic research is fundamental
to the way Bridgewater works. To conduct that
research at scale, the firm needs to analyze large
amounts of data. Bridgewater chose AWS services,
including Amazon S3 and Amazon EMR, to build an
economic research platform that it uses to conduct
exploratory research, manage production, and run
mission-critical systems.
