Care Quarterback is a digital behavioral health coach to help student- athletes manage their wellbeing anytime from anywhere through digital, evidence-based mental health and wellbeing programs with guidance from an automated, chat-based virtual companion. The virtual companion will provide students with a personalized and engaging onboarding experience to determine the best evidence- based behavioral health program for their needs based on symptoms and screenings. Students can also be guided to additional on-campus resources when needed. Our programs support students in strengthening their mental health and wellbeing through clinically validated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) content, interactive tools, and user videos, delivered in a private, confidential space. With optional coaching that provides weekly encouragement, ongoing support and motivation, students can benefit from a personalized program experience to help them reach their goals. Why use Care Quarterback?
