ACCELERATION PLATFORM
The Xilinx® Versal® ACAP delivers the best of three
worlds—scalar processing engines, elite vector elements
and programmable logic (PL) —brought together with
a high-bandwidth network on chip (NoC), creating
memory-mapped access to all three processing element
types. This tightly coupled hybrid architecture allows
more dramatic customization and performance increase
than any one implementation alone. AI engines are
optimized for real-time DSP and AI/ML computation
and provide deterministic performance along with
higher compute density for vector-based algorithms.
