It provides members with expanded access to dermatology care through a national network of board-certified dermatologists, including multi-state licensure and subspecialties. With most diagnoses returned in just 24 hours, Amwell's Dermatology Services provides a streamlined experience for members and clinicians and allows faster resolution to skin conditions while avoiding unnecessary costs. What's included y Dermatology program setup: Setup of Dermatology services on the Amwell platform with easy enrollment and navigation to the store-and-forward dermatology experience in addition to member support and reporting. y Asynchronous visits: Store-and-forward capabilities allow members to easily take a photo of their skin concern, share it with the selected dermatologist, and receive a diagnosis and treatment plan—usually within 24 hours. y Post-visit communications: Members can message a provider for up to 30 days post-visit for any follow-up questions or concerns. y Prescription fills: If a prescription is necessary, an order can be sent to the member's pharmacy of choice. y Engagement services: Materials to engage members and educate them about the benefits of a virtual Dermatology service, common use cases, and how to have a visit. y Employer sales solutions: Resources to help roll out this service to employer clients, including launch plan templates, sales and account management materials, and employer-specific sales slides and brochures.
