STARLAND DISTRICT 37th Street to Victory Drive Day or night, this neighborhood shines with plenty to see and do — and eat. Located largely on Bull Street south of Forsyth Park toward Victory Drive, this bustling neighborhood is a haven for artists and local businesses alike. Just a small sampling of this area includes the outdoor food truck park Starland Yard, fine dining like Elizabeth on 37th, shops like Starlandia Art Supply, bars, cafes and much more. Chic and happening, artsy and inventive, tasty and welcoming — this is the spot where creative locals run the show (plus galleries, boutiques, restaurants and more). ALSO IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD A Taco Affair: New on the scene, the Savannah outpost of chef Jessica Phillips' New Jersey eatery offers mix-and-match tacos, wings, tatchos (that's nachos made with tater tots), churros and more. 401 W.
