With AWS services that turn that data into insights, you can innovate and improve the quality of your offerings to remain competitive. Connect machines in the cloud to gain insights that improve quality Connecting machines in the cloud can help you improve the quality of your smart products or machines. The AWS Machine to Cloud Connectivity Framework solution provides secure connectivity to the AWS Cloud. It automatically deploys and configures AWS IoT Greengrass and provides integration with AWS IoT SiteWise, which can collect smart machine and product telemetry data for post-sale monitoring. The framework can publish this data to Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) to populate a data lake that can deliver insights to improve quality. Reduce warranty costs and accelerate recall resolution with improved traceability A system for improved smart product and machine traceability can optimize your quality and production control, lowering your warranty costs and speeding the resolution of product recalls. With services like AWS IoT, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Amazon Managed Blockchain, and Amazon S3, you can collect smart product and machine data, create serverless apps, and use blockchain to securely and accurately track and trace how and where customers are using your products. AWS and AWS Partners can also provide access to the data and analytics needed to truly understand your deployed products in the field, to resolve customer issues quickly. Improve product or machine quality with real-time insights and traceability "We can gather data on usage patterns and gauge feedback and satisfaction levels. We can also distinguish the favorite recipe on our Rotimatic bread maker. With this kind of information, we can evolve our product with updates—right down to new recipes we send out to the device—that we know will add value to our customers." — Rishi Israni Co-founder and CEO, Zimplistic Learn more ›
