February always sees a slower pace and our real time data shows hiring is down month over month across most sectors. Taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture, strong and stable is the Name of the Game. We continue to see the labor market adjusting to a new post pandemic reality. While hiring is moderating from the peaks we saw after the crisis, it is better than pre- pandemic.
