3. TruckMate Installation. Trimble will install the latest version of TruckMate (if
necessary) and will do the heavy lifting to update your TMS. You're on your way to
experiencing the agility and flexibility of the SaaS solution.
2. Platform Preparation. Trimble will begin to set up the TMS and custom-build
your platform. During this time, you will receive expert support from a Conversions
Project Manager.
4. Customer Database Handoff. Submit a copy of your database files to Trimble via
a secure method. Trimble will upload your database into the SaaS environment.
6. Third-Party Products Upload. Your TruckMate TMS is equipped with approved
third-party products. Any non-approved third-party products must be loaded on a
hosted server, which is available through Trimble. Additional fees may apply.
1. Finalize Documentation. After finalizing your Trimble agreements, you're
on your way to converting to SaaS!
