Note "report name". 7) Let's say your most important fulfillment customer "Bob" wants you to send out packing slips with their logo instead of yours. How to do that? 8) Let's go ahead and make a copy of the "Packing Slip" report in the above screenshot by right-clicking on a report and choosing "Copy Report". You will see the following screen. Other Attributes a report a may have include: ReportGroup: Where in Latitude the report will be visible Report is hidden: If selected, this report will not be visible for selection. Paper Size: Allows for overriding the default paper size. Landscape: Dictates that this report should be printed as Landscape. Duplex (2-sided): Will attempt to print this report in duplex mode. Note: when duplex than "flip" options apply 9) For this example, change the "Report Name" to "Bobs Packing Slip". Change "Description" to "Bobs Custom Packing Slip". Change the "Filename" to "Bobs_PackSlip.rpt", and then click "OK". 10) In the left pane, expand the "Custom Report Groups" section and click on "Packing Slip". You should find your newly created report. Note: you may need to "refresh" your settings The report may now be "Checked Out" to the working folder for modification 11) Right click the entry for "Bobs Packing Slip" and choose the "Check Out" option. Click "Yes" when you see this window. This window will pop up.
