DENVER CATHOLIC | OCTOBER-NOVEMBER 2024
YOU ARE BUILDING
a vibrant community
on mission
On June 9, 2024, nearly 5,000 people
took part in Denver's largest Eucharistic
procession, with hymns and prayers filling
the downtown streets.
This event was part of the National
Eucharistic Pilgrimage. Thanks to your
generosity, Archdiocesan teams across
Colorado helped make this and other
impactful events possible.
YOU ARE EMPOWERING
Catholic schools to form
missionary disciples
As a child, Father Daniel Ciucci was
labeled a "troublemaker" and a regular
in anger management classes. His
mother was told he might end up in
jail if his behavior didn't improve.
Everything changed when his family
invested in a Catholic education. He
moved from anger management to
the Talented and Gifted program,
discovered God's love, deepened his
faith, and found his vocation.
"Going to Catholic school "Going to Catholic school
was life changing." was life changing."
- Father Daniel Ciucci
"
Jesus said to them,
'
I am the bread of life;
whoever comes to me shall not
hunger, and whoever believes in me
shall never thirst.
'
"
(John 6:35)
