SONIA GRIFFIN
I was inspired by Samuel Palmer's visionary
element in his work which appeals to me. I tried
to capture the essence of the Darent Valley
landscape as he did, in a imaginary way, using the
feeling of the rolling valley and hills and how the
trees became almost magical shapes with the
sense of darkness in the moonlight.
