handling is the process of moving materials
and goods from one location to another by
carrying, holding, lifting, and stooping.
Factors such as repetitive motion, incorrect
lifting techniques, fatigue, rushing, and
awkward postures can contribute to the risk of
developing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).
MSDs are injuries and disorders that affect the
