Rogers defenseman Nolen Geerdes returns for his senior
year with unfinished business

NOLEN GEERDES HAD OPTIONS.
The mobile, puck-moving blue-liner finished
his junior season as one of the top-scoring
defensemen in the state with 7 goals and 36
assists for 43 points. Junior teams came calling.
But for Geerdes, the decision to play his senior
year with his childhood buddies was a no-brainer.
"We have unfinished business," said Geerdes. "It's
everybody's dream to play at the X, and we haven't
reached that goal yet. So that was definitely the
leading factor of why I wanted to come back with the
boys and get there together with them."
