The three-and-a-half day Skating Director Program offers aendees a toolkit for effective leadership, business and programming strategies for increased growth, retention, and success. Intensive Workshops The course curriculum includes four intensive workshops that will take a deeper dive into specific topics relative to aendees' programs and facilities. Learn to Skate USA® Certified Program Administrator This certification recognizes professionals in the industry who have commied to increasing their knowledge of program administration and retain a track record of program success. Individuals must submit required program documents in order to achieve this designation. REGISTER ONLINE AT USICERINKS.COM Open to Hockey Directors, Hockey Administrators, and all youth hockey leaders, The Hockey Director Course is presented by USA Hockey's Hockey Development staff and Program Services staff. This course will provide aendees with tools and strategies to manage a successful hockey season by incorporating Long Term Athlete Development and Coach Development principals. Participants will interact with USA Hockey staff and industry experts to discuss the essentials of managing a successful Youth Hockey Organization. Workshops and presentations will give aendees an opportunity to take a more in depth look at relevant programming, best practices and proven strategies to grow and sustain your youth hockey participation. Focusing on the following topics, the course is designed to provide your customers with the best possible youth sports experience.
