The 21st Annual North American Rink Conference & Expo (NARCE) has come and gone, but the memories will last forever! There were just under 700 participants in the nine educational courses and two-day trade show which was also the largest to date (112 booths). The energy and enthusi- asm of everyone involved this year was amazing! Check out the event recap in pictures starting on page 34. As you can imag- ine, there is a lot of work that goes into a national confer- ence and trade show, and the work to put forth a successful event cannot be done by our staff alone. I would like to recog- nize and thank our board, volunteers, instructors, exhibitors, sponsors, partners (USA Hockey, U.S. Figure Skating, ORFA, WIAMA), and all our members for their support and efforts in making our sec- ond year in Milwaukee a memorable experience! We won't be resting on our laurels; we are looking forward to taking the feed- back we received from attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors this year to make 2026 NARCE even better. I hope you take the opportunity to join us next May 12-15 in Milwaukee, WI. If you missed NARCE, there are still many professional development and net- working opportunities available through our Regional Training Programs (RTP) located around the country this Summer and Fall. These opportunities are out- lined in the 2025 RTP brochure which starts on page 25.
