hat do you do with an old Ford F100 pickup? Why not turn it into
a luxury pre-runner, built by Geiser Brothers and outfitted with
an 850-horsepower big-block V8? It's what the owners of YLA
Construction did with theirs, by starting with a full-tube chassis
finished by Geiser Bros in Arizona, that included a four-link rear, and
SLA front suspension outfitted with King 4.5" diameter bypass shocks and coil-overs.
The suspension gives the F100 24-inches of front wheel travel and 36-inches of
travel at the rear, allowing it to take on any off-road terrain at high speeds. A set of
BFGoodrich 40x12.50R17 Baja TA off-road racing tires mounted to a set of Method
101 Beadlock machined wheels, provide plenty of traction for this off-road best.
