Furthermore, the relay MAY use the DevAddr of the WOR frame to manage the amount of 397
transmitted notifications for each end-device. 398
For example, if a relay has sent the notification 5 times for the same end-device, it SHOULD 399
suppress every other notification for subsequent WOR frames from that end-device. If the 400
condition persists, this suppression rate MAY be increased. 401
