install an overhead door to create the necessary access for
crane extraction. This additional work allowed us to safely
remove the existing chiller barrel and bring in the new
equipment.
Despite the complexity of the project, replacing the
chiller before a catastrophic failure allowed us to eliminate
the risk of an unplanned shutdown during our busiest time
of year. More importantly, the proactive approach enabled
us to maintain operations and address a critical piece of
aging infrastructure on our own terms rather than in the
middle of a crisis. J
