Corporate
Partners
A special thank you to Minnesota Hockey's
corporate partners. Their support is vital to
our statewide success.
CoachesCorner
The season is right around the corner, and that means our
Coach Education Programs (CEP) are in full swing. CEP clinics are being
held now through December at locations around Minnesota. Remember,
coaches must attend one clinic each year until they at least reach a Level
3 certification by USA Hockey. The age appropriate training modules
have been posted online and must be completed by all coaches. Visit
minnesotahockey.org/coaches for more information.
The Minnesota Hockey Coach Development Programs are another
great way to assist your coaches in improving their coaching skills.
These free sessions are separate from the CEP clinics and are designed
to provide additional instruction on important concepts, such as body
positioning and dryland training. Our talented team of coaches will come
directly to your association to host these two part clinics that provide
classroom and on-ice instruction. More details are available on the
Minnesota Hockey Coaches webpage.

better communication and
understanding between officials,
coaches, players, hockey
associations and communities of
Minnesota. MHOA also works to train hockey officials, ensure uniformity
of rules interpretation, and maintain the highest standards of officiating
across the state.
The 2013-14 season is a rule change year for the USA Hockey Official
