Designs can be adapted to fit around doors and windows and up stairs. Garrabrants finds inspiration for his designs from unlikely sources. New York's interior designer and tastemaker Miles Redd recently contacted him to cre- ate peacock feather–inspired paper, for which Garrabrants photographed layered feathers and then digitalized the images. "The opportunities with the use of painting and photography and digital [media] are huge. We can add details, move them around, and scale the work and colors to fit the room and décor."
