The release of their debut album, Zaba, in the summer was met with rave reviews and was another example of Paul Epworth's almost supernatu- ral eye for quality talent. This month's release of the Hazey EP, a remix EP of one of the tracks off the album, keeps the spotlight on them just as they embark on a massive tour culminating in what promises to be a spectacular gig at London's O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire. Back To School' released 6th October via Reekus Records GUESTLIST RECOMMENDS GLASS ANIMALS More @ guestlist.net/indie The four boys from Oxford are having a year to remember. Nutini has become well known in recent years for his soulful indie sound, bringing together brass, horns and violin with more traditional indie instrumentation such as acoustic guitars. We all heard 'Last Request' in Gavin and Stacey, but he's grown considerably as an artist since then. He's hit a new peak with his critically acclaimed third album 'Caustic Love', and this UK tour will be a great opportunity to see a modern Indie star in action. Tickets are still available for most dates, but are selling out fast. EVENT PREVIEW PAOLO NUTINI Indie-Soul Star embarks on a UK tour EVENT PREVIEW KORN AND SLIPKNOT ANNOUNCE 2015 TOUR Metal bands Slipknot and Korn will play nine dates in January as part of the Prepare For Hell tour. Korn, formed in 1993, is a Califor- nian nu-metal band with a string of seminal albums under their belt. Slipknot, formed in 1998, is an Iowa- based heavy metal band with around nine hardcore members. They will be performing nine European dates in early 2015 as part of the 'Prepare for Hell' tour. Both bands have re- leased some really interest- ing material this year and we are sure that seeing the bands live will be an unfor- gettable and totally unique experience. Korn and Slipknot will be coming to the UK early next year as part of their Prepare for Hell tour. @ Phones 4 U Arena, Manchester 6/11/2014
