W ell, another year of RINK Magazine comes to an end with this issue. Over the past six issues, the articles within these pages have covered a multitude of subjects in the areas of management, operations, customer service, marketing and programming. As you can imagine, it is a difficult task for the RINK editorial board to continually come up with fresh ideas for articles that will not only be informational and educational, but also entertaining for our readers. Based on the results of our reader survey distributed to NARCE attendees, it appears that RINK is still a very enjoyable read and is considered a valuable resource for individuals in our industry. We are happy with the survey results, but we are very aware that a publication can become stale in a short period of time without changing things up a bit. That's where you come in! We need your feedback so the next six issues in 2015 continue to meet and exceed your expectations. We will be conducting an online reader survey a few weeks after this issue arrives in your mailbox. The intent of this survey will be to better understand what you like and don't like about the current format, as well as generate ideas for future content. A link to this survey will be located on the RINK homepage at RinkMagazine.com from Nov. 15 through Dec. 15. The online survey isn't the only way you can give us feedback.
