They have been collaborating since 1994 and released their first joint album in 1999. You will also recognise their faces from the hilarious film 'How High'. Their live performance promises to be bursting with energy and pounding beats. When you see a band such as Clipping live, you're ultimately unsure of what to expect. Their style is unique and disturbing in a way, but if imagining the rapid flow of Childish Gambino, merged with the unconventional force of Death Grips sounds good to you, then you should make yourself familiar with Clipping. They are impossible to generalise, and their shows are exhilarating. EVENT PREVIEW METHOD MAN AND REDMAN EVENT REVIEW CLIPPING AT THE 100 CLUB GUESTLIST RECOMMENDS RUN THE JEWELS El-P and Killer Mike collaborate in an insane new project A Run the Jewels, the killer collaboration from rapper Killer Mike and emcee/producer El-P, began in 2013, although the duo have collaborated in the past. They released their debut album in the summer of 2013 and the follow up, 'Run the Jewels 2', dropped this October. Combining the dark production of El-P and Killer Mike's lightning fast bars and witty lyrical delivery, Run the Jewels are an exciting prospect for any hip hop fan. For some examples of their unique and brilliant hip hop, try the tracks 'Sea Legs', 'Run the Jewels' and 'Close Your Eyes. Not only are Run the Jewels a hip hop force to be reckoned with, they also have a sense of humour. They plan on releasing a 'remix' album called 'Meow the Jewels', which will be their second album entirely remixed with noises made by cats, from which all the profits will go to charity.
