Chicken kebab. I didn't get up til late though so
was more of a brunch.
We're absolutely loving LVL 07 at the moment.

when you were filming it?
Yeh we got pursued by car park security, police
and a fire engine. Possible they were all just
concerned about Rich Reason's dress sense
though.
Who is the lady who appears when you're
doing your verse? Is she an MC too?
That's Alice aka Lilian from Shameless. She's my
wife.
The track features T-Man, Sparkz, Skittles, Fox,
Truthos Mufasa, Chunky, Black Josh...you all
mates?
The best. Fox is more of a great granddad
though.
So you've just released a sick new mixtape
Your work draws influences from such a range
of genres...how did you decide what made the
cut for the Monkey Teef?
Everything did really. I just made a load of stuff
and I liked it all so it all went on there.
I'm a long-time fan of you and Dub Phizix's
collaborations, you have released some
incredible stuff. How do you brainstorm
together, what's the process like?
I write all the music, lyrics, structure, sound
design and he EQs the hi hats.
Did you always have a low voice for your age?
Yeh but I don't speak low any more. It's too
unintelligible. I save it for the raps.
Do you do vocal exercises?
I bench press a tank every morning. 12 sets, 80
reps. Just taking it easy. Don't wanna stretch
myself.
If you could be anyone else for a day who
would you be?
That Australian guy off the youtube 'ahh i see
that you know your judo well..' ['get your hand
off my penis!']
