On the 24 February the New Jersey band Screaming Females are releasing their new LP with a romantic name Rose Mountain. The album will be the sixth creation and was produced by Matt Bayles (Mastodon, the Sword). The LP will consist of 10 singles and include the highly-acclaimed "Wishing Well", which was out in November as part of the same-titled EP, as well as uncompromising "Ripe" and "Empty Head", released earlier this month. The Paper magazine already included the up-coming LP in the top-10 albums "The Albums Which Will Haunt Your Dreams in 2015", predicting its successful future. Clark showcases her ability to conjure effervescent and otherworldly sonic landscapes – for those following St. Vincent's development as an artist, this 10-inch is an essential release that reflects both the breadth and depth of her compositional repertoire.. GUESTLIST RECOMMENDS ST. VINCENT Following the release of her critically acclaimed fourth LP earlier this year, St. Vincent has kept up a busy schedule. 'Uptown Funk' is so damn catchy it has to be single of the year. With its slick bass line, Mars' MJ-esque vocals and Ronson's scratchy riffing blended smoothly, Uptown Funk is a blast back to 70's disco. This track reminds people of his musical talents as he takes to the guitar that defines the track. We can't wait for this duo to collaborate again! Undoubtedly the song of December. Maybe even of the year? SONG OF THE MONTH UPTOWN FUNK YOU UP - RONSON, MARS, AND A 70S VIBE.
