Hot Hot Hot, Merry
Christmas!
1
India
With India's monsoon
season falling during
Britain's few sunny
months, December
is the perfect time to
take an Indian summer
holiday. In the north of
the country, Rajistan
is a great state to visit
for site seeing, playing
host to the Taj Mahal
as well as the pink and
blue cities: Jaipur and
Jodhpur. The south
west of the country
is hottest at this time
of year, sitting at a
toasty 31°C. Goa and
Kerala are young and
exciting places to visit
if you're looking for
a more vibrant, party
atmosphere. wouldn't
be out at the club right
now."
With so many twists and
turns it's hard to know
which way the story
will unfold but we'll be
following it closely.
2
Canary Islands
Many sunny holiday
options in December
are expensive to get
to as you have to
travel long haul to
enjoy them. However
the Canary Islands are
a great low budget
alternative, with a lot
less traveling. Situated
off the west coast of
Africa, the Canary
Islands have average
temperatures of 21°C,
meaning sunbathing
and dips in the pool
are still very much
possible when visiting
in December.
3
Thailand
Thailand is hugely
popular with English
tourists and Christmas
time is no exception.
Playing host to
stunning beaches
and cheap food and
drink, it is obvious why
Thailand is such a big
hit with Brits.
When visiting Thailand
in December it is
important to pick your
destination carefully.
It's the rainy season
along the east coast,
including Hua Hin and
Ko Samui. However if
you visit Phuket and
Ko Phi Phi you will
find eight hours of
sunshine and 31°C.
