Nothing pleases us more than hearing how at- tendees have leveraged the SXSWedu platform and community to elevate their career. From the speaker who was invited to reprise his talk for educational leaders in Europe, to the entre- preneur who grew his startup's Board of Direc- tors from a connection made at the event, to the teacher who was inspired to refine her craft through furthering her academic achievements, we are proud to play a role in supporting your development. This year we are pleased to highlight EdTech- Women, a leadership organization for women and their supporters, as one of the many change makers to come out of SXSWedu. Initially con- vened at the 2013 event for a simple social and networking event, EdTechWomen has quickly grown to become a national community of more than 2,000 members with 11 local chapters across the country. EdTechWomen's success in harnessing the collective energy of the SXSWedu community helped them create a valuable addition to the education space. They serve as a powerful ex- ample of what we consider "Change Makers" and in honor of their accomplishment, we have created a video series featuring their story. We celebrate all attendees for their contribu- tion to education and are excited to learn more about how you have evolved as a result of your participation at SXSWedu. Please share how you are a change maker by submitting your story to sxsw.tv/qtk.
