Bank Holiday Weekend TWo - 23rd & 24TH May
1. ouTBreak FesTival, 23rd - 24TH May
Make this Bank Holiday a big one and head
to Raceway Fields & Forest, Donnington
Park for Outbreak, one of the biggest
and best festivals these shores will see.
The latest line-up updates include Katy B,
Wiley, Waze & Odyssey, Deetron, Armand
Van Helden, Nick Curly, and Josh Butler.
London Elektricity and Wilkinson provide
the d&b, Stormzy and JME have grime on
lock and Oxide & Neutrino will be bringing
the garage.
2. losT village, 23rd – 24TH May
Venture deep into the Lincolnshire
countryside for Lost Village and you'll
find some of the world's best dynamic
and forward-thinking electronic music.
This more intimate affair, taking place
in an abandoned woodland village, will
see festivalgoers party in old cabins and
medieval ruins, with the likes of Annie Mac,
Four Tet, Hannah Wants and Maribou State
leading an adventure through sound. This
will be one to remember!
3. CoMMon PeoPle, 23rd – 24TH May
Take a trip down to Southampton and
get your Bestival fix early from Common
People. You can enjoy the delights of
Fatboy Slim, Grace Jones, Dusky, Years
& Years, and DJ Yoda, but take the time
to check out the unsigned acts gracing
the Uncommon Stage, where you'll see
it all, from indie to laptop production
and everything in between. Rob Da Bank
has hooked up with Joiners and Pie and
Vinyl to bring you the freshest new music
around.
4. seCreTsundaze May Bank Holiday sPeCial, 24TH May
For all those staying in London over the
Bank Holiday weekend, shimmy on down
to Studio 338's terrace for the return
of secretsundaze. They're keeping the
headliner under wraps for the moment,
but Delano Smith is flying in all the way
from Detroit to deliver driving house
and techno. Jeremy Underground is also
joining the party, and we can't wait what
he pulls out of his deep crate!
You've got a little more time to plan this weekend out, so go bigger and better for round two. With some cracking
festival weekenders on, it'd be rude not to.
