7 15 Issue 80 / 2015 FILM guestlist.net coming soon Spectre Burnt This comedy drama tells the story of a rockstar chef who lost it all, cleans himself up and returns to the kitchen chasing a third Michelin star. The cast list for this one is ridiculous – Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller, Emma Thompson, Alicia Vikander, Uma Thurman, Matthew Rhys, Omar Sy, Lily James – it goes on, but let's not lie, it's the food we're most excited for. Steve Jobs The last attempt at bringing Steve Jobs to the big screen was not so good, Ashton Kutcher, we're looking at you. Here we get a different portrait of the man, set against the launch of three iconic products. And thankfully this time around we've got Michael Fassbender starring, Danny Boyle directing and Aaron Sorkin writing, and there's already been huge buzz around the performances, so naturally we're expecting very big things. October 26th November 6th November 13th Widely believed to be Daniel Craig's last Bond, [Spectre] sees Sam Mendes back at the helm. We've got a new M this time (Ralph Fiennes) and a new villain, Franz Oberhauser, played by Christoph Waltz, so naturally our expectations are through the roof. The film's title references the mysterious criminal organisation SPECTRE, which Bond follows on international trail, attempting to unravel web of conspiracy that threatens MI6. The documentary has already been shown on French television The rest of us meanwhile just have to make do with the trailer until the film gets its worldwide release. Directed by Hervé Martin Delpierre, Daft Punk Unchained is the first ever documentary on the mysterious duo, telling their story from their early days in Paris to the legendary Coachella '06 performance to their Grammy triumph in 2014. And obviously, being Daft Punk, this looks like no ordinary documentary. The trailer features clips of Kanye, Pharrell and Nile Rodgers talking about the pair cut with very early footage of Thomas and Guy-Man, when they only had black bags to cover their faces not the shiny robot helmets we're used to now. It's short, sharp and does the job – we so want to see what's behind the masks. No release date has been confirmed so we'll just have to sit tight. The DafT Punk unchaineD Trailer is one big Tease
