DUST 2 GLORY DOCUMENTARY ON SCORE BAJA 1000 IN PRODUCTION Director Dana Brown announced that Dust 2 Glory, a sequel to the 2005 movie Dust to Glory, is already in production. Dust 2 Glory will focus on the 2016 SCORE World Desert Championship season and document the journeys by several SCORE racers and teams who are on the road to the SCORE Baja 1000. The film is scheduled to be released in 2017 and will also showcase some of the history of SCORE and help to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the SCORE Baja 1000. CARBON MEDIA GROUP TO DISTRIBUTE SCORE RACE BROADCASTS The Carbon Media Group and SCORE have reached an agreement to distribute all of the SCORE television race broadcasts, short-form video series, and archival race programs on a dedicated SCORE channel on Carbon TV beginning in 2016. Carbon Media Group is one of the 15 largest digital sports properties in North America, and the largest distributor of outdoor and adventure sports and lifestyle programming in the country. SEMA SCORE BAJA 1000 EXPERIENCE TO HOST TRANSAMERICAN AUTO PARTS "LIFE IS BETTER OFF-ROAD" AWARD CEREMONY During the SEMA SCORE Baja 1000 Experience at the 2015 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, Transamerican Auto Parts will be introducing a "Life Is Better Off-Road" award. The award recognizes off-road truck, SUV or Jeep at the SEMA Show that best represents off-road capabilities. Industry experts that include a cross-section of builders, journalists, industry personalities and off-road racers will judge the award program which is open to all off-road vehicle builders and product manufacturers with a vehicle on display at the show. A total of 10 finalists will be selected from which one Jeep and one truck or SUV, will receive a prize package, as well as a custom-designed trophy presented by Greg Adler, CEO of Transmamerican Auto Parts. Awards will be presented at 2pm Thursday November 5th at the ProComp/Transamerican Booth (#62112) within the SCORE Baja 1000 Experience, located on the South Hall in the Silver Lot of the Las Vegas Convention Center. 09 SCORE JOURNAL
