Continued POSITIVE SERVICE CHARGER CLUB With a growing membership, the TDR's in-basket has received correspondence describing unsatisfactory dealer performance. In an early issue of the TDR I explained the policy on naming names: "I may print a letter exemplifying your dissatisfaction, but there are always two sides to every story. Therefore, I'll kindly omit the service location's name." Let's change the focus. I'd like to look at positive service experiences in hopes that we can help other members. With that thought in mind, we share with you the list of the top 100 Dodge dealers, assembled by Daimler Chrysler under their Five Star performance guidelines for year 2003. To be one of the top 100 "Charger Club" members the dealership had to reach specified goals for sales, service, and customer satisfaction. A Five-Star accreditation is a minimum criteria necessary for a Charger Club member. The Charger Club members are typically located in larger metro areas that provide the opportunity for larger sales volume.
